Our little explorers dove into the underwater world to learn the parts of a fish – using specimen. With curious eyes and eager ears our young scientists observed and identified the head, fish, tail, and gills, and scales. They discovered how each part helps fish swim, breathe, and stay safe in water. After the hands-on exploration, students:
                                    Drew and labelled the parts of a fish,
                                    Shared fish facts they learned,
                                    Expressed what they found most surprising.
