Scouts & guides is a voluntary, non- political, educational movement for young people. The purpose of the movement is to contribute to the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, emotional, social & spiritual potentials as individuals. On this basis we push our children to involve to do any type of work or service to the society. To impart the value of service in the young minds every year our students (Scouts & Guides) are taken on service programs to nearby temples and hills and conduct general camp. Our students along with the village people campaign to create awareness about Child abusement, Child Labour, Female education, Dengue and various other sectors.
Activity 1: Scouts & Guides Club Outreach and Awareness Programme was organised on 06/08/2025 (WEDNESDAY) to understand our environment and survival skills during camp life. The District Commissioner of Scouts and Guides, Mr. Ganesan, who has been a dedicated trainer at the State and National levels for 25 years, inspired and educated our club members with his insightful observations. Knowledge of the Rules and Regulations was provided.
Activity 2 : Scouts & Guides Club Outreach Programme was organised on 08/10/2025(WEDNESDAY) to comprehend our real - life learning experiences beyond classrooms. Students learnt life style skills during Outdoor Camps such as Tent Making, Clap Activities, Songs and the ways to participate in social service activities.
