We, compartment of VI to VIII have taken the children of Class VII to field trip to “Sai Lakshmi Milk Products Factory, Karimangalam, Dharmapuri” on 16th November 2023 (Thursday) from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
The main objective of the trip was to gain first-hand knowledge of the milk production process and the various products derived from it. Students have learnt the process of pasteurization, homogenization, and production of dairy products, packaging and distribution.
The field trip Sai Lakshmi Milk Products Factory was a captivating and educational experience for the children. It provided a comprehensive understanding of the dairy industry, from milk reception to the final products. This trip has not only broadened children’s knowledge but also deepened their appreciation for the meticulous process involved in it.
