In order to inculcate the habit of helping the needy in the young minds, Senthil Public School organised a field trip to Vallalar Arivalayam located at Kurunji Nagar, Dharmapuri on 04th November 2023, Saturday. 290 Students of Class IX accompanied by 16 Teachers were taken to the Orphanage at 10 a.m. from the school. The importance of this field trip was well explained to the students by the Vice Principal Shri. S. Rajkumar.
On account of Diwali, our students offered various grocery items, stationary items and playing kit which was donated maximum in number to the orphanage. They were handed over by our Vice Principal Shri. S. Rajkumar to Smt. P. Maheshwari, Correspondent Vallalar Aruvalayam. The students of the orphanage exhibited their talents by various events. Our students shared their love and care for the orphanage students. They enjoyed the day in the orphanage and learnt the values that happiness is not so much in having as sharing.
