Content: Our school organized a Newspaper Awareness Programme for students to become active readers and think critically, and stay connected with the world beyond the classroom. The session highlighted the value of newspapers as a dependable source of knowledge and a powerful tool for building language skills.

Interactive activities and group discussions conducted by the resource person Mrs. Chitra, THE HINDU, helped them analyse real news articles and reflect on the role of journalism in society. Overall, the initiative sparked curiosity, strengthened media literacy and inspired students to make newspaper reading a part of their daily routine.
